So I'm going to be doing the whole card/letter/random stuff in the mail thing. Probably not before xmas and not before new years either. I'm thinking that v-day will be a good time. So if you'd like a card or whatever, go ahead and put your address in the following poll. Also, if you don't mind random letters at various random times then please let me know in a comment to this post because once in awhile I do get the urge to just write to someone. Also(again), if you are willing to write back and stuff let me know so that I can be sure to include a legible copy of my address to you.

Random letters are very cool. And I've love to write back. You seem really cool. I don't know if this post is late, or if you've already done it, but I'd love to have someone to write to and know that they listen and understand...and don't sleep with people even if they could have.

I need to know these people exist.

I've not done the cards yet(I'm poor as can be...) but I've been slowly gathering things to make them and such....so soon. Cross your fingers.

I saw that your post had TONS of comments, and I think it's really awesome of you to do it all, such a big task in my opinion.

Well I haven't started, and we'll see how much I actually get done over the summer. I'm goign to TRY to make everyone happy. hehe. But I'm not sure how long it'll take.

I agree with Kim of Crochet Me that there need to be a lot more "cool" patterns for crochet. Stuff people of our generation will actually want.

So when I do make the patterns, I'm going to submit them there too (i've submitted one scarf pattern kim liked a lot, and asked me to write up... she hasn't posted it yet though) so that other crocheters who have been wanting the same thing will go "hallelujia! FINALLY!" hehe.

Take your time with the card or letter or whatever. If i got it tomorrow, it wouldn't be a surprise would it?
well...it would be a surprise but you know what I mean.
I'll probably forget about it and a year and a half i'll get something and be like, "wha--?"

hehe. It's cool to do stuff for other people.
like your letters, and my patterns (when i do them), and irisheyes77 (i think that's her username)'s afghans.

very neat.

If you post your address on my LJ or email me it or something, I can always write you first. ^_^ I'll find a randomly odd postcard or something, and send it away. :D

I still haven't done that whole letter thing. I've started making pretty spiffy 'stuff' to mail though so expect something sometime soon. I'll tell you when I mail it and all that jazz.

And a big "yeessssss!" for being on the list. Makes me feel special!
